Recorded at Pathway Studios London 1999. Released early 2000. Producer: John Robb Engineer: Justin Underhill Production Consultant (Ansonia Hotel): David Cunningham Harmonica: Dave Siege Artwork Concept: Monkey Island Artwork Coordination: Nigel Buckner Cover printedrinted by Blackpool Union Printers on a Heidelberg 4 colour lithography machine. All songs: Pete Bennett, Darren Searles, Jan Noble. The second album was recorded and mixed in 3-4 sessions at Pathway Studios, originally the single Ansonia Hotel/Prime Time was recorded and mixed in an earlier 1-2 day session for 7" release, with David Cunningham supplying vocal mic and advice so Jan Noble could drum and record live vocals, also recorded in this session were unused takes of Bring On The White Trash with Nigel Buckner on sax. All tracks were played live with overdubbed vocals. The second session was 2-3 days including mixing and yielded the rest of the album. Mastered from 8 track to quarter inch tape/DAT. We had a guaranteed review in The Times newspaper but refused to supply them with the CD as we disliked Rupert Murdoch and his media empire and were also making a point about non digital printing with the with the hand printed cover.
